How is this Surgery performed?
In order to perform this surgery it is necessary to make some incisions inside the mouth (around 5 milimeters long). These incisions are made in the internal part of the mouth in order to avoid any external scar. Through these incisions are removed the fat structures around the cheeks.
We use in this surgery a very special tweezers known as Kelly-Adson. These ones reduce a lot the trauma caused to the patient during the procedure, and it helps to reduce the recovery time.
