What is the Breast Reduction Surgery?

The Breast Reduction Surgery is intended to patients who want to change the size and position of Breasts. This procedures helps to reduce the fat, the glandular tissue and the skin of the breast, making them lighter, smaller and tight.

Considerations after the Surgery

In order to achieve a fast and well results after the breast reduction surgery, it is really important to follow carefully each one of the following instructions:

• Sleep in a semi-sitting position.
• Don't lift any heavy objects.
• Not to eat milky products, fat nor vegetables in the first 48 hours after surgery, because they could cause vomit.
• Wear only buttoning shirts.
• Avoid to be a lot of time without moving. You should walk around each two hours with the help of somebody.
• Not to drive at least the first week after the surgery.
• Continue using the post-surgery bra all the time indicated by your surgeon.
• Don't forget to visit your surgeon in the specified time to check the evolution of the procedure.
